Returns & refunds

 

Please note that all products are made to order, therefore are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged/ defected.

It is also your responsibility to order the correct quantity for a project. Returns cannot be accepted for over-ordered excess wallpaper or tiles.

If there is an issue with your order and a return is necessary, please email studio@rachelamanda.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing order number and the reason. A returns address for you to use will then be sent to your email. Please post your purchase back in its original condition. You must use a tracked delivery service. Once your parcel has been received, a refund (or exchange) will be issued.
